  • If you are a resident that is not facing financial hardship related to COVID-19, we ask that you please continue to make your rent payments as required by your lease. This allows our dedicated staff to continue delivering exceptional service during this time of need.
  • We also want to share information from a variety of federal, state, and local resources to assist those affected by COVID-19, located here. If you are experiencing hardship, you may be entitled to exceptions or considerations. While we have made an effort to provide information that we think you may find valuable, please understand that this is not intended to be an exhaustive resource.

In Consultation with UCI Health: What we’re doing to keep you safe

We are pleased to reopen amenities in accordance with State and local guidelines with new measures in place for your wellness and safety. In consultation with UCI Health, and as part of our efforts to keep you safe, we’ve adopted policies designed to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, including proactive measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) below.

  • Our Resident Services and Leasing offices are closed for walk-in business. Our employees remain on-site and available by phone and email. Our office hours are 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday; 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday.
  • Our enhanced deep-cleaning protocols involve detailed cleanings in common areas, including high-touch surfaces, multiple times per day using EPA registered disinfectants.
  • We use the highest rated air filters accommodated by our system and replace them at regular intervals to support air purity.
  • Hand sanitizer has been added in key locations throughout our communities.
  • To promote physical distancing, reduced maximum occupancy numbers and reservation systems have been implemented for many common area spaces.
  • Use of amenities is limited to residents, and guests are not permitted at this time.
  • We no longer accept packages in the office. Please arrange for packages to be delivered directly to your apartment. If you have a package in the office we will be happy to arrange for contactless pick up or delivery to your apartment.
  • Routine maintenance requests are now being accepted, and allowing Permission To Enter may help expedite your request. While in-unit, employees and vendors wear PPE, and residents are asked to leave the room to promote physical distance and limit contact. The workspace is sanitized after work is completed.
  • Employees and vendors wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with their job responsibilities and practice social distancing.

  • Take advantage of our Resident Portal, Mobile App, email or phone communication for needs such as rental payments, maintenance requests or inquiries and avoid in-person visits to leasing and resident services offices.​ You can download the app from either the App Store or Google Play. Login using your resident account username and password. If you do not have an account set up, please create one by selecting “Create New Account” from the app’s login screen or by visiting Residents.IrvineCompanyApartments.com.
  • Wear face coverings and practice social distancing with neighbors and employees.
  • Follow recommendations outlined by the CDC​ to stop the spreading of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to protect yourself.

  • Take a virtual tour of a model apartment on our website.
  • Reach out to the leasing office by phone or email for customized video walkthroughs of available apartment homes that match your specifications.
  • Take a self-guided tour of available apartments with no in-person contact; the leasing office will arrange for a map and key or fob that will allow you to visit available new homes.
  • Use our easy, online application process to lease anytime, anywhere.
  • Reminder: Our leasing offices are closed to walk-in business and for guided tours.
